Product Description

Dong Ding is a classic Taiwanese oolong traditionally associated with the mountains of Lugu in Nantou. Rolled leaves gradually open through repeated infusions, revealing a tea that moves between floral brightness and warm roasted depth.

The cup begins softly aromatic, followed by notes of orchid, toasted nuts and honey, with a clean mineral character underneath. Rounded and persistent rather than heavy, Dong Ding is particularly rewarding when brewed several times and allowed to unfold slowly.
